Your emergency card is already in the app: name and age, blood type if you added it, allergies, every current medication, and one person to call — all in large print. That is the part that matters in an emergency, and it costs nothing.
It says that a stranger can read it in the worst minute of your life. Until the printing, the mailing and the scan have been tested from end to end, taking money for one would be selling a promise we have not kept yet.
KnownMeds is free and stays free. If the magnet and card are made, they will be priced to cover printing and postage and nothing beyond that.
