What Medicare shares with us

- Your Medicare password — you type that on Medicare's own website, never on ours
- Your bank or payment information
- Anything at all with an insurance agent
What happens when you tap the button
- You land on Medicare's own website and sign in there.
- Medicare asks whether you want to share your prescriptions with KnownMeds. You say yes or no.
- You come back here and your list is filled in. That's it.
You can disconnect any time, in one tap, and we remove everything that came from Medicare.
Medicare records run a week or two behind real life. Anything filled in the last few days may not be there yet — snap the bottle and it goes on the list right away.
KnownMeds is not affiliated with or endorsed by Medicare, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, or any government agency. Connecting your account uses Medicare's own Blue Button service, which lets you direct Medicare to share your claims information with an application you choose.
